How much girth gain can I expect?

Accepted Answer

Volume-dependent. 5 ml produces 0.25–0.5 inch girth gain; 10 ml produces 0.5–1 inch; 15 ml produces 1–1.5 inches. Most patients start at 5–10 ml and decide on additional volume at the follow-up visit once final contour is visible. These ranges are averages from the standardized Urosculpt™ technique. Individual results vary based on baseline anatomy, tissue elasticity, and post-procedure care.

Does it increase erect length?

No. The procedure primarily enhances girth. Flaccid length may increase modestly (up to 0.5 inch at 10 ml, up to 0.75 inch at 15 ml), but erect length remains essentially unchanged. We tell every patient this upfront — penile filler is a girth procedure.

How long do results last?

Accepted Answer

Average two years. Some patients see longer durability — three years is not unusual — and some see shorter, depending on metabolism, activity level, and individual tissue dynamics. When the filler begins to dissipate, top-up volume can be added at any time. Some patients elect to do their second treatment proactively at 18–24 months to maintain the result without a visible decline.

Is it painful?

Discomfort is minimal with proper anesthesia. The injection is performed after a local block, and most fillers also contain lidocaine. Patients commonly describe the experience as a pressure sensation rather than pain.

Can it be reversed?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and this is the single most important safety feature of hyaluronic acid filler. If a patient is unhappy with their result or develops a complication, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. This safety net is not available with surgical girth enhancement procedures. How does it compare to surgical girth enhancement?

Surgical alternatives — fat grafting, dermal grafting, AlloDerm — carry higher risk for the same primary outcome (girth). Surgery involves general anesthesia, longer recovery, irreversible result, and risk of contour irregularity that cannot be easily corrected. Penile filler has a lower complication rate, no general anesthesia, same-day recovery, and is fully reversible. For girth enhancement specifically, the filler approach is the lower-risk option for most patients.
