GentsMed (“we,” “us”) operates this website as a directory and credentialing platform for men's health physicians. We do not provide medical care. Listed providers operate independent practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you are.

3. No medical advice

Content on this site is informational. It is not medical advice and does not create a physician-patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer for more.

4. Provider listings

Listed providers are independent practitioners. Their credentials, services, and pricing are their own. We verify certifications we issue, but we're not responsible for clinical outcomes or business practices of listed providers.

5. Intellectual property

The GentsMed and Urosculpt™ brand marks, badges, course materials, and certification frameworks are our property. You may not use them without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your interactions with listed providers.

7. SMS / text messaging terms

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GentsMed. These terms govern that program.

Program & message types. We send messages related to your inquiry or application, appointment coordination, orders and account updates, and — only where you separately opt in — occasional news and offers. Providing consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with us.
Cost.Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. We don't charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out & help. Reply STOPto any message to unsubscribe at any time; we'll send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and conditions outside our control.
Privacy. We never sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
