Urosculpt™ Penile Filler
- Urosculpt™ certified
- Reversible
- Same-day
Penile filler — delivered on the GentsMed network under the Urosculpt™ standardized protocol — is a non-surgical girth enhancement using hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler. A 30–60 minute in-office injection produces immediate, measurable girth gains (0.25–1.5 inches depending on volume) lasting on average two years. Fully reversible with hyaluronidase.
Typically used for:
Non-surgical penile girth enhancement using injectable hyaluronic acid.

Benefits
What Urosculpt™ Penile Filler can do for you.
Immediate, measurable girth
Girth gains are visible at the end of the procedure — 0.25–0.5 inch at 5 ml, 0.5–1 inch at 10 ml, up to 1–1.5 inches at 15 ml.
Fully reversible
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the patient is dissatisfied — a safety net not available with surgical girth enhancement.
Urosculpt™ standardized
Every provider performing this technique on the GentsMed network has completed the Urosculpt™ certification — a proprietary injection protocol designed to produce consistent, reproducible results.
Penile filler is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) — the same biocompatible material used in facial fillers and joint treatments — to enhance penile girth. At GentsMed, the procedure is delivered using the Urosculpt™ technique: a standardized, certified injection protocol developed to produce consistent, reproducible results across our network. Hyaluronic acid has a safety profile spanning more than 25 years in aesthetic medicine.
How it works
After a local anesthetic block, a fine cannula deposits hyaluronic acid filler into the subcutaneous layer of the penile shaft. The filler integrates with surrounding tissue, providing immediate volume that develops to its final contour as initial swelling resolves over 2–4 weeks. The Urosculpt™ protocol specifies depth, deposition pattern, and post-procedure assessment so the result is predictable from provider to provider.
What to expect — results
- 5 ml: 0.25–0.5 inch girth increase
- 10 ml: 0.5–1 inch girth, up to 0.5 inch flaccid length
- 15 ml: 1–1.5 inch girth, up to 0.75 inch flaccid length
- Average duration: 2 years; touch-ups available at any time
The procedure primarily enhances girth. Flaccid length may increase modestly; erect length remains essentially unchanged. We make this explicit because honest expectations are essential — and surgical alternatives carry meaningfully higher risk for the same outcome.
Who it is for
Adults (18+) in good general health with realistic expectations and normal baseline anatomy. Not appropriate for patients with active infection, significant penile curvature (Peyronie's disease), known allergy to hyaluronic acid products, or those unable to abstain from sexual activity for one week post-procedure.
The procedure — six steps
- Consultation: medical history, goal discussion, anatomy review.
- Consent and preparation: forms signed, area cleaned, baseline photos.
- Local anesthesia: numbing administered; most fillers also contain lidocaine.
- Injection: fine cannula deposits filler in the subcutaneous layer; 30–60 minutes total.
- Post-procedure assessment: results visible immediately; patient goes home same day.
- Follow-up: clinic visits at 1–2 weeks and 4–6 weeks confirm outcome.
Recovery
- 24–48 hours: moderate swelling, bruising, tenderness; ice packs help.
- Days 2–7: swelling peaks at day 2–3 then begins resolving; sexual abstinence for one week.
- Weeks 2–4: most swelling and bruising resolved by week two; final contour visible by week four.
Risks and safety
Common, temporary side effects include swelling, bruising, tenderness, mild discoloration, transient numbness, and minor asymmetry — all expected and self-resolving. Rare complications include vascular events, infection, nodules, granulomas, filler migration, and allergic reactions. The standardized Urosculpt™ injection protocol is designed to minimize correction rates compared to non-standardized techniques.
The most important safety feature: hyaluronic acid filler is fully reversible. If a patient is unhappy with the result, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. This is a safety net not available with surgical girth enhancement (fat grafting, dermal grafting).
Pricing
Penile filler with Urosculpt™-certified providers in the GentsMed network typically starts around $3,990 for 5 ml. Most clinics offer financing. Confirm exact pricing with your provider during consultation — final pricing varies by metro and volume.
How it works
From consult to follow-up.
Initial consultation
A board-certified physician reviews your symptoms, history, and goals. At many participating clinics the first visit is complimentary.
Baseline labs
Bloodwork tailored to the protocol. Results come back in days, not weeks. We don't prescribe before we have your numbers.
Personalized protocol
Your physician calibrates your dose based on your labs and your goals — not a template. Adjustments happen as your data evolves.
Ongoing follow-up
Recheck visits at six and twelve weeks, then quarterly. Real follow-up, structured into the plan.
- Duration
- 30–60 minutes in-office
- Results timeline
- Immediate visible gain; final contour at ~4 weeks; lasts on average 2 years
Designed around your schedule
Consults are short
Initial visits are typically 45–60 minutes. Many participating clinics waive the fee for new patients.
