What it handles.

After-hours calls.
The voice agent answers in your clinic's name and voice profile. Routine questions (hours, treatments offered, directions, intake) handled automatically. Urgent calls forwarded to a designated number or queued for staff callback.
Patient texting.
The SMS bot replies to inbound patient texts, sends treatment handouts and pre-visit instructions, and escalates anything that needs a human.
During-business-hours (optional).
Solo practices without dedicated front-desk staff can opt in to during-day coverage. The AI takes calls, books consults, or forwards everything to your phone — your call.
Pricing model.
Included in the $99 / month Network plan. A platform fee plus per-use AI model fees apply on top of the plan price — both itemized monthly. Typical clinic spend is reported at the end of the trial period so you can size your budget before committing.
