Botulinum toxin injection into the smooth musculature of the penile shaft, increasing flaccid dimensions by reducing smooth-muscle tone. The UroFirm™ Standard Protocol defines technique, dosing, and post-procedure counseling (including priapism risk and post-op precautions). Results onset 1–2 weeks, peak ~3 months, last on average 6 months. Often performed concurrently with UroSculpt™ filler procedure.

Procurement & cost of goods

100u of neurotoxin reconstituted in 2mL preservative-free saline, plus needles and sterile prep. The range reflects two axes of variation: (1) which neurotoxin is used — Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau differ materially in per-unit wholesale cost — and (2) whether the practice receives a volume or loyalty discount from the manufacturer. Low end represents a value-positioned product with manufacturer discount; high end represents premium-positioned product at standard list. The UroFirm™ Standard Protocol is currently calibrated against Botox specifically; substitution may require provider judgment on dose equivalence.

Year-1 startup cost

Year-1-only overhead when adding UroFirm™ as a standalone procedure: UroFirm™ certification course $500 (standalone) or $395 (add-on for UroSculpt-certified providers); supplies on-hand ~$1,000. Mid-case $1,500. When practice is adding cosmetic-urology program (both filler + UroFirm), the training cost is folded into the penile-filler record to avoid double-counting.
